Our mission

People shouldn’t need a subscription to merge two PDFs, sign a form or make a file small enough to email. CallMePDF.com brings 123 working tools together in one clean place, with no account, no watermark and no “upgrade to continue”.

Free, for real

• Every tool is free to use. There is no premium tier, credits or paywall.
• We never add watermarks to your files.
• The only limits are technical ones (such as file size) that keep the service fast for everyone. They are the same for all users.
• No feature is ever locked behind payment. The project is supported by voluntary donations and, where shown, clearly labelled ads that never touch your files.

Privacy by design

80 of our 123 tools run entirely in your web browser — your file never leaves your device. Tools that need heavy engines (compression, Office conversion, OCR and similar) use isolated server workers, and files are deleted automatically. Each tool page tells you which kind it is. Built on open source

We rely on mature open-source projects rather than reinventing them, including pdf.js, pdf-lib, qpdf, Ghostscript, Poppler, LibreOffice, Tesseract, OCRmyPDF, Pandoc and Chromium. See the full list on our open-source licenses page.

Honest about limits

Some conversions are inherently imperfect — for example, turning a PDF back into an editable Word document. Where a tool has known limitations, its page says so clearly under “Good to know”.
